These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoSimulatedMouse, a Chrome extension that helps users create and run browser-based mouse actions, movement sequences, text insertion, select-option interactions, and related workflow automation features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using AutoSimulatedMouse, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or purchase a Pro license.
AutoSimulatedMouse is provided by Huanyu RE, an independent software developer. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative, to purchase or use paid features.
2. Product Description
AutoSimulatedMouse is a digital software tool for browser productivity, webpage testing, workflow demos, and repeated browser interactions. The extension allows users to place MousePots on supported webpages and run configured actions in sequence.
The service is a digital, intangible software product. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Free and Pro Features
AutoSimulatedMouse may offer Free and Pro features. Free features are provided for basic use and evaluation. Pro features may include more MousePots, advanced run modes, mouse trail options, point hiding, advanced cursor styles, text insertion, select-option interactions, and purchase restoration through a linked Chrome Google account.
Feature availability, limits, and pricing may change over time. Current details are shown on the product website or in the extension interface.
4. Payments and License Delivery
Paid licenses are one-time digital software purchases unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Alipay, or Waffo Pancake. AutoSimulatedMouse does not store your card number, PayPal password, or payment-provider credentials.
After successful payment verification, a Pro license is activated for the extension installation or the linked Chrome Google account. A receipt may be sent to the email address provided during checkout or account binding.
5. Refund Policy
Because Pro access is delivered digitally after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the cases below.
- Duplicate charge caused by a payment or billing error.
- Payment was completed but Pro access could not be delivered and support cannot resolve the issue.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.
To request support or a refund review, contact huanyure@163.com with your order ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Account Binding and Restore
If you bind a Pro license to your Chrome Google account, the extension may use your Chrome profile email and stable Google account identifier only to restore Pro access on another device. You are responsible for keeping access to the bound account. To change a bound account, contact support.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AutoSimulatedMouse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of the websites you interact with. You must not use the extension to commit fraud, bypass access controls, spam services, attack systems, scrape data unlawfully, violate third-party rights, or interfere with websites or services in a harmful way.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing automation workflows before running them, especially on pages that submit forms, make purchases, publish content, or affect business data.
8. Ownership and Restrictions
AutoSimulatedMouse, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify the extension except where applicable law expressly allows it.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, address security issues, comply with platform requirements, or maintain compatibility with Chrome and supported websites. Some webpages may block simulated actions or change in ways that affect automation results.
10. Disclaimers
AutoSimulatedMouse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every website, form, picker, menu, or page control will support every simulated action. You are responsible for checking the result of any workflow you run.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AutoSimulatedMouse and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, website account issues, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro license in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Privacy and Data
Your use of AutoSimulatedMouse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MousePot settings are stored locally in the extension. License, receipt, and payment status data may be processed by our Cloudflare-based license service and payment providers for activation, restore, receipts, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features if we reasonably believe a license was obtained fraudulently, payment was reversed, the Terms were violated, or legal obligations require action. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.
